Targeted support for stubborn tissue problems
Regenerative Shockwave Therapy
A targeted treatment used to stimulate healing and help stubborn tendon and soft-tissue problems start moving forward again.
When tissue stops responding
Some injuries do not need more time. They need the right stimulus.
Regenerative shockwave therapy is a focused treatment I use when a tendon, fascia, or other soft-tissue problem has become persistent, slow to change, or resistant to the usual approaches.
When progress has stalled, the goal is not to keep repeating what is not working. The goal is to create a better response.
When shockwave fits best
Persistent tendon irritation
Useful when a tendon problem has stopped responding and needs a stronger, more targeted stimulus.
Plantar fascia pain
A strong option when plantar fascia symptoms have become persistent and are no longer improving with simpler care.
Stubborn soft-tissue pain
Helpful when soft tissue has remained irritated, slow to heal, or prone to repeated flare-ups despite other care.
Plateaued tissue recovery
Especially relevant when tissue has plateaued despite rest, rehab, or other treatment approaches.

What it is trying to change
The goal is not just short-term symptom relief.
Shockwave is used to create a stronger biological and mechanical signal in tissue that has become irritated, under-responsive, or slow to heal. When the right tissue is targeted at the right stage, it can help restart a recovery process that has stopped moving.
Why it works better in the right context
- Shockwave is rarely the whole plan.
- A stubborn tissue problem is often tied to more than the tissue itself. Mechanics, loading strategy, movement compensation, and nervous system guarding can all affect whether recovery actually holds.
- That is why I use shockwave selectively and in context, often alongside chiropractic care, soft-tissue treatment, rehab, or movement retraining.
The right stimulus works best when it is paired with the right mechanics, the right loading strategy, and the right follow-through.
